CHILDCARE ALLOWANCE. (a) Where Employees are required by the Employer to work outside their ordinary rostered hours of work and where less than 24 hours’ notice of the requirement to perform such overtime work has been given by the Employer, other than recall when placed on call, the Employee will be reimbursed for reasonable childcare expenses incurred. (b) Evidence of expenditure incurred by the Employee must be provided to the Employer as soon as practicable after the working of such overtime.

Such applications, using forms created and published by the University, shall be submitted to the Xxxx of the College or his proxy, by 5:00 p.m. on the deadlines set by the University. A CAP must apply annually, and receiving the allowance in one academic year does not guarantee future allowances. Such allowances are taxable to the recipient. Childcare allowance funds provided in this Section do not fall within the definition of “Compensation” as that term is defined by the University’s Contributory Retirement Plan, and thus such allowance funds do not count toward the University’s contribution under such Plan.

The member’s household must be income eligible and the caregiver must be considered a legal provider in the State of Michigan. There is no fee for the member unless the provider charges more than the market rate. Only members with children younger than 13 years of age may receive childcare assistance. Any childcare allotment is taxable. Members are allotted the market rate. However, there is no standard, nationally set market rate. Rates differ widely from state to state. This option is not available for privately secured student loans. Upon successful completion of the term of service, the National Service Trust will repay any interest that accrued on the loan during the term of service. Once enrolled a member may request a Loan Forbearance online at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ that will be sent to their lenders. They must also submit a printout of their Loan Forbearance Request and provide this to MPCA Community HealthCorps program staff verifying that they have completed an online submission. At the time of exit a member will complete the Interest Accrual Form online for all of their lenders. The member is solely responsible for completing these forms and following through with their individual lenders. The MPCA Community HealthCorps program and the placement site are not responsible for following through with private lenders. Upon successful completion of the member's full term of service, the member will receive an education award education award up to $5,550 from the National Service Trust. In the event the member has not yet received a high school diploma or its equivalent, prior to using the education award, the member agrees to obtain a high school diploma or its equivalent (unless the member is enrolled in an institution of higher education on an ability to benefit basis or the MPCA Community HealthCorps program has waived this requirement due to the results of the member’s education assessment). CHILDCARE ALLOWANCE. If applicable, a childcare allowance will be provided by GAP Solutions directly to the childcare provider, if the MEMBER qualifies for the allowance. GAP Solutions will distribute this allowance evenly over the Term of Service on a bi-weekly basis. The criteria for the MEMBER to be eligible for the childcare allowance are contained in 45 CFR Part 2522.250. Members are full-time participants for purposes of eligibility for childcare payments on the same basis as eligibility for healthcare coverage. CHILDCARE ALLOWANCE. A. The Employer shall reimburse KPFA full-time employees, working a regular or interim job 20 hours or more a week, for childcare expenses for children $250/child/month through age twelve (12). The Employee will submit an invoice for expenses incurred for childcare through the Dependant Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) administrator. B. KPFA will investigate and implement a pre-tax section 125 dependent care expense plan if feasible.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Auto Allowance The Company shall provide to Executive a car allowance in an amount equal to $1,000 per month during the Employment Period.

  • Education Allowance Provisions in existing Collective Agreements providing for educational allowances shall be continued in effect.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.
