Extension of Time for Performance Due to Prohibition or Restriction of Export. In the event, during the Delivery Month or its Extension Period, of any prohibition or restriction on the export of the Cargo, whether partially or otherwise, by or due to the executive or legislative act by or on behalf of the Government of the country of origin or of the territory where the Designated Port(s) named herein is/are situated, any such prohibition or restriction shall be deemed to apply to the obligations of the Parties under this Specifications and to the extent that such prohibition or restriction prevents export of the Cargo whether by shipment or by any other means whatsoever, the time for performance of such obligations relating to export shall be extended by a further period of thirty (30) days. The Seller shall advise the Buyer of the occurrence of such export prohibition or restriction in writing forthwith. The executive or legislative act by or on behalf of the Government referred to above shall include any political, military or governmental (whether on a central, federal or provincial level) interference with the normal operations of any party, confiscation, expropriation and requisition of the Cargo or the Vessel.
