Export Prohibition. The export and re-export of the Software is controlled by the United States Export Administration Regulations, and such Software may not be exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria, or any other country to which the United States embargoes goods. In addition, the Software may not be distributed to persons on the Table of Denial Orders, the Entity List, or the List of Specially Designated Nationals. By downloading or using the Software, Customer acknowledges that the Software and documentation, and the products they are used in conjunction with, are subject to U.S. and other countries' export and import laws and regulation and agree to comply strictly with all such laws and regulations. The Customer certifies that they will NOT transfer or export, directly or indirectly, any software or documentation, or any portions thereof, including without limitation any technical data, related materials, or updates, into any country or to any entity prohibited under the above-referenced Export Regulations, as amended, or in violation of any other applicable law, nor use them in any manner or for any purpose prohibited by such regulations or in violation of any other applicable law.
Export Prohibition. Licensee shall not export or re-export Licensed Software, Derivative Works, Licensed Products or related technical information to any country, individual, or entity except when such export or re-export is authorized in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the United States of America, as applicable.

Export Prohibition. 12.1 You agree not to export or re-export, or authorize the export or re-export of either the Software or Documentation or any copy or direct product thereof in violation of any applicable export laws, restrictions or regulations, including without limitation those of the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of Treasury. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not export the Software or Documentation to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Rwanda or to any Group D:1 or E:2 country (or any national of such country) specified in the then-current Supplement No. 1 to Part 740 or in the Commerce Control List in the then-current Supplement No. 1 to Part 738, or in violation of the embargo provisions in Part 746 of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (or any successor regulations or supplement).
Export Prohibition. The VivosAire Software is subject to local and extraterritorial export control laws and regulations. You will comply with such laws and regulations governing use, export, re-ex- port, and transfer of VivosAire Software, products and technology.
Export Prohibition. If Customer exports any Deliverable provided hereunder, Customer assumes responsibility for complying with applicable laws and regulations and for obtaining required export and import authorizations. Customer will not export or re-export any technical data in violation of applicable export regulations.
Export Prohibition. (a) The Goods provided pursuant to these Terms are sold for use in New Zealand only and are not to be exported elsewhere, directly or indirectly, without prior agreement of the Vendor.
(b) In the event that the Vendor consents to the export of the Goods the Customer is responsible for all costs and compliance with any export regulations in force within the country for which the Goods are destined.
Export Prohibition. The Purchaser acknowledges that its exportation of the products or any parts thereof sold hereunder may be subject to compliance with various export laws, rules and regulations which restrict the export of certain products and technical data. Accordingly, the Purchaser warrants and represents that it will not export the products or any parts thereof sold hereunder outside the United States, either directly or indirectly, and shall not disclose technical data in any form to a foreign person (including foreign persons employed by the Purchaser), without full compliance of applicable export laws, rules and regulations. Proof of compliance is the sole responsibility of Purchaser and must be provided to Iwaki America upon request prior to acceptance of orders or shipment of products.
Export Prohibition. 12.1 You certify, to the extent applicable, that you, your employees, and your agents will comply with applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations at 15 CFR Part 730-774 and the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control trade regulations at 31 CFR Part 500-598, (collectively “U.S. export and trade laws and regulations”).
12.2 You certify that you nor any of your immediate or ultimate parents, majority shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, or beneficial owners have been designated as a “Restricted Party” by the

To maintain Supplier’s eligibility to purchase government timber under the Forest Resources Conservation and Shortage Relief Act of 1990 (16 U.S.C. §620) and federal and state regulations adopted under it and laws relating to the purchase of State of Idaho timber (including IDAPA 20.02.11) (collectively, the “Export Laws”), Buyer agrees that all logs sold hereunder will be processed in the State of Idaho into end products suitable for use. Buyer shall keep such records as are necessary to evidence compliance with these restrictions under the terms of the Export Laws and not take any other action which would impair Supplier’s eligibility to purchase government timber. Buyer shall indemnify and hold Supplier harmless for and from any claims, damages, costs, losses or liabilities arising from Buyer’s violation of this Section 9 (including any damages suffered by Supplier arising out of being prohibited from buying government timber). The provisions of this Section 9 are for Supplier’s benefit only and may be waived by Supplier at any time in Supplier’s sole discretion.
