Extension of Union Leave. These leave limits may be extended by mutual agreement. Upon request by the Union, the Authority will release without loss of pay or benefits up to four (4) employees for one (1) day for the purpose of pre-negotiation meetings. Appropriate time will be provided for the purpose of ratification of a Memorandum of Settlement.
