Extension or Waiver of Time Limits. Any of the time limits contained in this grievance procedure may be extended or waived upon mutual agreement of the City and the employee or his/her representative.

Extension of Time Limits The time limits referred to in this Article may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties in writing.
Extension of Time Periods The parties may extend any period of time provided in this Article 7 by mutual agreement.
Extension of Time If the Executive shall be in violation of any provision of this Article 6, then each time limitation set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation or violations occur. If the Company seeks injunctive relief from such violation in any court, then the covenants set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the pendency of such proceeding including all appeals by the Executive.
Waiver of Stay, Extension or Usury Laws The Company covenants (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) that it will not at any time insist upon, or plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law or any usury law or other law that would prohibit or forgive the Company from paying all or any portion of the principal of, premium, if any, or interest on the Notes as contemplated herein, wherever enacted, now or at any time hereafter in force, or that may affect the covenants or the performance of this Indenture; and (to the extent that it may lawfully do so) the Company hereby expressly waives all benefit or advantage of any such law and covenants that it will not hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted to the Trustee, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such law had been enacted.
No Waiver of Governmental Immunity Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to waive, limit, or otherwise modify any governmental immunity that may be available by law to the Town, its officials, employees, contractors, or agents, or any other person acting on behalf of the Town and, in particular, governmental immunity afforded or available pursuant to the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, Title 24, Article 10 of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
