Extension of Time Limits. Any time limits specified herein may be extended by the mutual agreement of the parties. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Service Extension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c).

  • Contract Term Extension means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension.

  • REO Extension As defined in Section 3.16(a).

  • Non-Renewal shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2(b) hereof.

  • Minimum Extension Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.
