Common use of Extension Routes Clause in Contracts

Extension Routes. When it is necessary to create and fill an extension route, the Director of Transportation shall advise all drivers if they are eligible for an extension route. The route selection process as defined in Section A above shall also be used for purposes of selection of extension routes. The selection shall also be subject to Section 10.4, 10.5, and any other relevant sections of this Agreement.
