Extensions to Cover. A. Extensions (Following Damage) Where shown in the Schedule as operative, cover under Part 1 Section 2 is extended as follows: The Company will pay: Accounts Receivable for loss resulting from the interruption or interference with the Insured’s business in consequence of damage during the Period of Insurance to the Insured’s books of account or other business books or records resulting in the inability to trace or establish outstanding debit balances in whole or in part. Loss will be calculated as the total of ▪ sums due to the Insured from customers ▪ subtracting the amount of any such sum evidenced by records not damaged or otherwise established or collected by the Insured ▪ adding an amount to allow for probable bad debts which would normally have been uncollectible by the Insured. On hire purchase and deferred payment accounts receivable, unearned interest and service charges shall be deducted. Accountants Fees the reasonable charges payable by the Insured to their professional accountants for: ▪ producing such particulars or details or any other proofs, information or evidence as may be required by the Company under the terms of this Policy; and ▪ reporting that such particulars or details are in accordance with the Insured’s books of account or other business books or documents.

  • Modifications and Rectifications to Coverage 1. A Party may make rectifications of a purely formal nature to its coverage under this Chapter, or minor amendments to its Schedules in Annex XVI, provided that it notifies the other Parties in writing and no Party objects in writing within 45 days from the receipt of the notification. A Party that makes such a rectification or minor amendment need not provide compensatory adjustments to the other Parties.

  • Extensions and Renewals All extensions or renewals of leaves shall be applied for and granted in writing.

  • Extensions of Time 34.1 If at any time during performance of the Contract, the Supplier or its subcontractors should encounter conditions impeding timely delivery of the Goods or completion of Related Services pursuant to GCC Clause 13, the Supplier shall promptly notify the Procuring Entity in writing of the delay, its likely duration, and its cause. As soon as practicable after receipt of the Supplier's notice, the Procuring Entity shall evaluate the situation and may at its discretion extend the Supplier's time for performance, in which case the extension shall be ratified by the parties by amendment of the Contract.

  • Modifications to Agreement You acknowledge that the practice of registering and administering domain names is constantly evolving; therefore, you agree that Tucows may modify this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement, as is necessary to comply with its agreements with ICANN, a registry or any other entity or individual, as well as to adjust to changing circumstances. Your continued use of the domain name registered to you will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement with any revisions. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to a different accredited registrar. You agree that such cancellation or request for transfer will be your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to abide by any change to this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement.

  • Extension Time limits specified in this Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement.

  • Extensions If a Registry Operator offers additional Registry Services that require submission of additional data, not included above, additional “extension schemas” shall be defined in a case by case basis to represent that data. These “extension schemas” will be specified as described in Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification. Data related to the “extensions schemas” will be included in the deposit file described in Part A, Section 3.1 of this Specification.   • DELAYS AND EXTENSIONS OF TIME 8.3.1 If the Contractor is delayed at any time in the progress of the Work by any act or failure to act by the State or the Architect, or by any employee of either, or by any separate contractor employed by the State, or by changes ordered in the Work, fire, unusual delay in transportation, adverse weather conditions not reasonably anticipatable, unavoidable casualties, or any causes beyond the Contractor's control, or by delay authorized by the State pending alternative dispute resolution proceedings, or by any other cause which may justify the delay, then the Contract Time shall be extended by Change Order for such reasonable time as recommended by the Architect and approved by the State.

  • Modifications to Service This Auction Site reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to user. This Auction Site shall not be liable to users or any third party should this Auction Site exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

  • Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions We impose certain limitations on the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. Detailed at the end of this Agreement is a table of limitations that apply to the Card. For security reasons, we may further limit the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without prior notice to you.

  • Time Extensions 2.03.1 If Contractor requests an extension of time to complete its performance, then the Director, in consultation with the CPO, may, in his or her sole discretion, extend the time so long as the extension does not exceed 90 days. The extension must be in writing but does not require amendment of this Agreement. Contractor is not entitled to damages for delay(s) regardless of the cause of the delay(s).
