Common use of Extent of Services Clause in Contracts

Extent of Services. Executive will devote all of his working time, attention and skill to the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 3. To the extent that such activities do not interfere with his duties under Section 3, Executive may participate in other businesses as a passive investor, but (a) Executive may not actively participate in the operation or management of those businesses, and (b) Executive may not, without the Company’s prior written consent, make or maintain any investment in a business with which the Company or its subsidiaries has an existing competitive or commercial relationship.

Extent of Services. Executive will devote all of his working time, attention and skill to the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 3. To the extent that such activities do not interfere with his duties under Section 3, Executive may participate in other businesses as a passive investor, but (a) Executive may not actively participate in the operation or management of those businesses, and (b) Executive may not, without the Company’s 's prior written consent, make or maintain any investment in a business with which the Company or its subsidiaries has an existing competitive or commercial relationship.

To the extent that such activities do not interfere with his duties under Section 34, Executive may participate in other businesses as a passive investorinvestor and provide services to charitable and community organizations, but (a) Executive may not actively participate in the operation or management of those businessesbusinesses or organizations, and (b) Executive may not, without the CompanyBank’s prior written consent, make or maintain any investment in a business with which the Company or its subsidiaries Bank and/or HomeTrust has an existing competitive or commercial relationship.

To the extent that such activities do not interfere with his duties under Section 3, Executive may participate in other businesses as a passive investor, but (a) Executive may not actively participate in the operation or management of those businesses, and (b) Executive may not, without the Company’s 's or the Bank's prior written consent, make or maintain any investment in a business with which the Bank or the Company (or its any of their subsidiaries or divisions) has an existing competitive or commercial relationship.

To the extent that such activities do not interfere with his duties under Section 3, Executive may participate in other businesses as a passive investor, but (a) Executive may not actively participate in the operation or management of those businesses, and (b) Executive may not, without the CompanyBank’s or the Corporation’s prior written consent, make or maintain any investment in a business with which the Company or its subsidiaries Bank and/or Corporation has an existing competitive or commercial relationship.

Extent of Services. Executive will devote all of his working time, attention and skill to the duties and responsibilities set forth referenced in Section 3. To the extent that such activities do not interfere with his duties under Section 3, Executive may participate in other businesses as a passive investor, but (ai) Executive may not actively participate in the operation or management of those businesses, and (bii) Executive may not, without the Company’s 1st Bank's prior written consent, make or maintain any investment in a business with which the Company or its subsidiaries 1st Bank and/or GBCI has an existing competitive or commercial relationship.

Extent of Services. Executive will devote all of his working time, attention and skill to the duties and responsibilities set forth referenced in Section 3. To the extent that such activities do not interfere with his duties under Section 3, Executive may participate in other businesses as a passive investorinvestor if such participation does not interfere with his duties under Section 3, but (a) Executive may not actively participate in the operation or management of those businesses, and (b) Executive may not, without the Company’s Employer's prior written consent, make or maintain any investment in a business with which the Company or its subsidiaries Employer and/or Glacier has an existing competitive or commercial relationship.

Extent of Services. Executive will devote all of his working time, attention and skill to the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 3. To the extent that such activities do not interfere with his duties under Section 3, Executive may participate in other businesses as a passive investor, but (a) Executive may not actively participate in the operation or management of those businesses, and (b) Executive may not, without the Company’s Bank's or Corporation's prior written consent, make or maintain any investment in a business with which the Company or its subsidiaries Bank and/or Corporation has an existing competitive or commercial relationship.
