EXTENT OF THE AGREEMENT. 6.4.1 The Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between Owner and Designer and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. The Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both Owner and Designer. Owner is not bound by the Agreement until it is approved by the appropriate State officials as indicated on the signature page of the Agreement. The Agreement may be amended only by obtaining the signature of officials hereto or as may be allowed by State Building Commission Policy & Procedures.
