Extent of Title. The right, title and interest of the Purchaser/s is/are limited to the Said Unit, the Land Share, the Said Parking Space, if any, and the Share In Common Portions and the Purchaser/s hereby accepts the same and the Purchaser/s shall not, under any circumstances, raise any claim of right, title and interest any nature whatsoever on any other component or constituent of the Said Complex.
