Exterior Route i. The route from the parking lot to the accessible entrance is inaccessible because the cross slope measures 2.2%. Provide at least one accessible route within the boundary of the site connecting these elements that, to the maximum extent feasible, coincides with the route for the general public. The accessible route must have a minimum clear width of 36 inches, or a minimum clear width of 42 inches if there is a turn around an obstruction less than 48 inches wide; have passing spaces at least 60 inches by 60 inches at least every 200 feet; have a minimum clear headroom of 80 inches; have a surface that is firm, stable, and slip resistant; have, in the absence of a curb ramp, ramp, elevator, or platform lift, no level changes in excess of ½ inch vertically; and have a running slope of less than 1:20 (5%) (or have been constructed as a fully accessible ramp) and a cross slope of less than 1:50 (2%).   • Signage All signs, notices and graphics of every kind or character, visible in or from public corridors, the Building Common Area or the exterior of the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to Landlord’s prior approval of the plans and specifications thereof (including, without limitation, the design, location, and size), Tenant shall have the right (“Exterior Signage Rights”) to install tenant identification signage on the exterior of the Building (the “Sign”), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and in accordance with all applicable Laws (including any requirements set forth by the applicable agencies in the City and County of San Francisco) (the “Signage Requirements”). Tenant shall erect the Sign in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Landlord, in a good and workmanlike manner, and at all times thereafter, Tenant shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the Sign in a good, clean and safe condition and in accordance with the Signage Requirements, including all repairs and replacements thereto. Upon the occurrence of any event of default and/or upon the termination or earlier expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall promptly remove the Sign, in which event Tenant shall be responsible for and shall repair any damage to the Building resulting therefrom. Tenant’s Exterior Signage Rights hereunder are personal to Dolby California, and, except with respect to an assignment to a Tenant Affiliate or Dolby Entity in connection with an assignment of this Lease, may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be given or withheld or given upon conditions in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals (governmental and private) necessary for the installation and maintenance of the Sign. If Tenant fails to remove the Sign as required under this Section 32, Landlord shall have the right, at Tenant’s expense, to remove the Sign. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and protect Landlord and the Landlord Parties and hold Landlord and the Landlord Parties harmless from and against any and all, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, causes of action, liabilities, injuries or expenses arising out of or related to Tenant’s exercise of the Exterior Signage Rights granted hereunder, including, without limitation, any claims of injury to or death of persons or damage to property occurring or resulting directly or indirectly from the installation or maintenance of the Sign on the Building.

  • Installations 2.1. This test shall be conducted with either the complete REESS or with a related REESS subsystem(s) including the cells and their electrical connections. If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.

  • Landlord’s Access Landlord shall be entitled at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to enter the Premises to examine them and to make such repairs, alterations, or improvements thereto as Landlord is required by this Lease to make or which Landlord considers necessary or desirable; provided, Landlord shall comply with all law in respect of any such entry; Landlord may require Tenant provide an accompanying staff member or employee with any such entry; Landlord will honor any specifically closed-off areas as may be required by law for security and safety; but Landlord may nonetheless act as prudent and necessary in case of emergency. Tenant shall not unduly obstruct any pipes, conduits, or mechanical or other electrical equipment so as to prevent reasonable access thereto. Landlord shall exercise its rights under this section, to the extent possible in the circumstances, in such manner so as to reduce, if practical, interference with Tenant’s use and enjoyment of the Premises. Subject to the foregoing, Landlord and its agents have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to show them to prospective purchasers, lenders, or anyone having a prospective interest in the Buildings, and, during the last six (6) months of the Term or any renewal thereof, to show them to prospective tenants. Landlord will have the right at all times to enter the Premises with Tenant or licensed individual(s) on behalf of the Tenant to escort the Landlord in the event of an emergency affecting the Premises, subject to any applicable limitations required by the Marijuana Code or any other applicable regulations. Although Landlord shall not have the right to place “For Lease” signs in the Premises, or upon the exterior of the Premises itself, nothing herein shall limit Landlord’s rights to promote, advertise, place “For Lease” signs or otherwise market leasing of the Property in whatever lawful manner Landlord may elect, as long as such manner(s) do not materially interfere with the Premises.

  • Building Safety There shall be a Labor/Management Committee concerning the safety of State Buildings. The Committee shall be made up of one representative from each of the following bargaining units: Representing Labor - Administrative Services; Operations, Maintenance and Support Services; Law Enforcement; Professional and Technical Services; Supervisory Services; Institutional Services; and State Police Unit and an equal number of management representatives selected by the Governor. Committee members may participate in the work of the committee during working hours without loss of pay or benefits.
