No Storing Hazardous Articles Not to keep or store any offensive, combustible, obnoxious, hazardous or dangerous articles in the said Apartment, the Common Areas, and the Building.

Compliance with Local Laws Any resale of the Securities during the ‘distribution compliance period’ as defined in Rule 902(f) to Regulation S shall only be made in compliance with exemptions from registration afforded by Regulation S. Further, any such sale of the Securities in any jurisdiction outside of the United States will be made in compliance with the securities laws of such jurisdiction. VISITORS AND GUESTS A. Licensee shall permit no visitors or guests to enter the Housing Facility except as permitted by the Housing Administrative Policies and Regulations.
Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.
Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.
Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract.
