Parking Lot. The parking lot closes and the gate will be locked at 10PM. Anyone who remains at the Event after 10PM will have to find alternative parking for their vehicles.
Parking Lot. The parking area is not to be used to repair cars and motorcycles, nor for the purpose of draining oil from engines and transmissions. Cars not in working order (even with a sticker) must be removed from the parking lot. Cars cannot be stored in parking lot (even with a current sticker). Cars must be moved at least once a week.
Parking Lot. The Town shall maintain the parking area in a serviceable condition, however, the Licensee shall provide plowing for snow. The parking area as shown on Exhibit B may only be enlarged with written permission of Town and Easement Holders, consistent with the Community Forest Plan and the Conservation Easement.

Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use of twenty (20) parking spaces as identified in the attached diagram (“Parking Spaces”) and may assign the right to use some or all of Parking Spaces during the Term to sub-tenants, guests or invitees, as Tenant in its sole discretion determines, provided no such vehicles are parked in the such parking spaces overnight or between the hours of 11:00 P.M. through 5:00 A.M. With regard to all other parking spaces on the real property where the Premises are located, the Tenant shall have the right during any Term of this Lease, in common with Landlord on a first-come, first-served basis, to park the vehicles of Tenant and Tenant’s employees, subtenants and invitees for use of the Premises for the Permitted Uses in the Parking Lot (defined below) at Tenant’s sole risk and provided no such vehicles are parked in the Parking Lot overnight or between the hours of 11:00 P.M. through 5:00
A. M. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall have the right to extend and/or improve the existing parking lot and/or create a new parking area on the Premises (as it exists now and hereafter, the “Parking Lot”), provided that Landlord uses reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with the use of the Premises by Tenant and/or sublessees. Landlord shall give Tenant at least fourteen (14) days prior written notice prior to undertaking any construction in the Parking Lot and/or during such times as work done by Landlord on or to the Parking Lot may materially interfere with Tenant’s use. In the event that Landlord undertakes any work to repair or extend the Parking Lot, Landlord shall pursue and complete such work in a reasonably prompt manner and shall use reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with the use of parking spaces. No portion of the Parking Lot shall be sublet by Tenant (other than in conjunction with a sub-lease of a portion of the Premises, i.e., pursuant to a sublease or agreement pursuant to which a subtenant has assigned spaces for its employees or customers) and Tenant shall not require or impose any fee or charge for any use by Tenant’s subtenants and invitees of the Parking Lot other than for the twenty (20) spaces reserved for Tenant and its sub- tenants, guests and invitees. The Landlord will develop a plan to restripe and realign parking places in the entire lot to accommodate as much parking as possible. Said plan will be reviewed with the Tenant prior to implementation.
Parking Lot. SHARED USE AGREEMENT
Parking Lot. 16.1. The Lessor declares that there is a parking lot in the Project (hereinafter: “the Parking Lot”). The Lessor will lease to the Lessee parking spaces in accordance with the conditions set forth in Appendix F, in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement and the Management Agreement. It is clarified that the parking spaces constitute part of the Leased Premises within their meaning in this Agreement including Appendixes thereof for all intents and purposes, including for the purpose of payment of the Rent, Management Fees, municipal taxes and other payments.
16.2. The Lessor and/or the Management Company and/or any other company that is appointed by the Lessor and/or the Management Company to manage the Parking Lot shall operate and manage the Parking Lot at their absolute and sole discretion subject to the provisions set forth in any law and subject to the following provisions:
16.2.1.1. The Lessor shall be entitled to operate the Parking Lot, whether by itself and whether by the Management Company or by a contractor or a subcontractor, in any manner, whether in return for full or partial payment, according to any method, including by way of sale of subscriptions and whether free of charge. The Lessor shall be entitled to allocate special parking areas in which subscribers shall be entitled to park their vehicles, according to a method set out by the Lessor and/or the Management Company, whether for full-time or part-time subscribers, at its sole discretion. 16.2.1.2. The Lessor shall be entitled to change the location of the parking spaces leased to the Lessee or a part thereof upon delivery of a 30 days’ prior notice, including a change in the level of the parking spaces or a part thereof (with respect to the parking spaces that were in that level), in such manner that the number of original parking spaces in the external Parking Lot and the original number of parking spaces in the two-floor Parking Lot shall remain unchanged (including the number of the roofed parking spaces) and shall be identical. Notwithstanding the said, the Lessee is aware that in the near future different works that will change the location of the parking spaces will be performed when during performance of these works the location of the parking spaces will be changed for the purpose of performing these works, and upon completion of these works the parking spaces will return to thei...

Parking Lot. The bus driver employee and bus parking areas at the Transportation Center and the gate to it shall be adequately lighted at night when bus drivers are scheduled to be present to provide a reasonable view of the area surrounding the buses to detect the presence of others. The lights shall be maintained.
4. I. D. Cards
Parking Lot. The on-grade parking lot to be constructed by Landlord upon the Premises pursuant to Section 10 of this Lease and as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto, containing not less than 150 parking spaces for use by passenger motor vehicles.
Parking Lot. Tenant shall have the use of unreserved parking spaces on a space-available basis, subject to such charges as may be imposed by Landlord or the operator of the parking facility from time to time. The location of all parking spaces shall be undesignated. Tenant shall comply with any requirements of Landlord or the operator of the parking facility, including (but not limited to) the use of any “card key” or other prescribed access system, and providing descriptions and license numbers of authorized cars. Tenant has a license for the use of the parking spaces, which includes the use of the space but which does not include any security services. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage, theft, loss or expense that Tenant or its employees, customers or invitees may suffer.
