Entrance DoorsBuilding entrance doors and all tenant entrance doors from public corridors shall be kept closed at all times except for ingress and egress.
Entrance Doors. Landlord reserves the right to close and keep locked -------------- all entrance and exit doors of the Building during such hours as Landlord may deem to be advisable for the adequate protection of the Building, provided, however, that retail tenants shall have access and be responsible for entrance and exit doors to their own Premises. Tenants who require access to the Building during hours outside of the normal hours of operation as stated in Rule 16 shall make arrangements with the Building manager.
Entrance Doors. At Landlord's sole cost and expense, Landlord will construct double entry glass doors connecting the Premises with the elevator lobby. Until such work is completed by Landlord, the Premises shall be secured by the existing smoke doors at the entrance to the Premises.

Provide an accessible door with a threshold that is no greater than ¼ inch, or is no greater than ½ inch and is beveled with a slope no greater than 1:2. Standards §§ 4.13.8, 4.5.2. 2. The entrance door thumb latch hardware is inaccessible. Provide a door with hardware that is easy to grasp with one hand and that does not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist to operate. Lever-operated mechanisms, push-type mechanisms, and U-shaped handles are acceptable designs. Standards § 4.13.

Entrance DoorsFurnish and install 2-36" wide by 9' high doors 1/2" thick tempered glass doors with polished chrome closures and floor mounted locks., master keyed to Building System for each 10,000 rentable square feet of Tenant's area as outlined in lease or as required by code. Any other entrance doors required by code are to be 3'0" x 9'0" solid core red oak. Lock set to be Xxxxxx (lever type) or equal as selected by Landlord. Entrance Doors. The main entrance doors to the building are on timers. The doors unlock automatically at approximately 6:30 a.m. and lock at approximately 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. On Saturday the building unlocks at 7:30 a.m. and locks at 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday the doors are locked all day. Use your access card for entry when the doors are locked. Lock down times are subject to change, please check with the Administration Office if you have any questions. There is a $15.00 charge for each access card issued. If your access card is misplaced or stolen or additional cards are issued, a $ 15.00 fee will be charged to issue each replacement or additional card. For each access card returned $15.00 will be refunded.
