External Marking of Proposal Package(s). All Proposal packages shall be closed, sealed, and marked in large letters “PROPOSAL – DELIVER UNOPENED”. Proposal packages shall be labeled with the Solicitation number and the Procurement Officer’s name, provided in paragraph L.5.4 below. The Offeror’s name and address shall be clearly marked on the outside of each Proposal package. Offerors choosing to use a commercial delivery service shall include the following notice on the outside of the Proposal package:
