Facilities Services. All Suites are fully furnished to a high standard and include a kitchen fully operational with appliances, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided. Suites are equipped with entertainment centers, quality linen and towels. A full inventory of equipment and utensils will be in the Suites. No items may be removed from the Suite. Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted include a monthly (every thirty (30) days) housekeeping service (on reservations over four (4) weeks), heating, electricity, gas, water, broadband internet connection, and streaming services. Any extra facilities and charges are solely at NN’s discretion.

The State shall provide and maintain, or in the case of leased State Facilities use best efforts to cause the landlord to provide and maintain, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, electrical connections (to the wall plate), safety and security equipment, and connections to any facility-wide uninterruptible power supply as configured on the Contract Signing Date. Additional requirements identified by Provider during the Term of the Agreement will be provided consistent with Change Management and the Standards and Procedures Manual. The State shall provide Provider with reasonable notice of proposed changes to any of the foregoing that may adversely affect Provider's hardware located at any State Facility. In the event such adverse condition, other than expiration of the State's right to occupy leased State facilities, requires that Provider relocate such hardware, the State shall reimburse Provider for its actual costs incurred directly in connection therewith. To the extent provided by the State, the State shall maintain any site-wide uninterruptible power supply that is dedicated to support any State Facility. Provider shall provide and maintain any uninterruptible power supply dedicated to Provider's hardware and shall provide and maintain all connections from the wall plate to the hardware used to provide the Services.
Facilities Services a. CIBA shall provide to the Incubatee all such facilities as particularly described in Schedule I.
b. CIBA may provide additional services on request of the Incubatee as better described below:
i. Access for business development consultancy, assistance and review of the business and financing plans and budgets on charged basis.
ii. References and access to relevant legal & accounting services
iii. References and access to reliable market research and advertising agencies
iv. Allot meeting room or conference room/ auditorium for use of the Incubatee on the required date.
c. The legal ownership and possession of the facilities, if any provided under the Agreement will remain with CIBA and the Incubatee shall have only a right to enjoy the said services and facilities during the subsistence of this Agreement.
d. All equipment and assets located in the allotted space to the Incubatee shall be maintained by the Incubatee for the entire tenure of this agreement.
e. CIBA shall not be responsible for any damage caused to Incubatee’s electronic equipment for any reason whatsoever as CIBA will be taking utmost care in safeguarding them by providing stabilizer and inverter.
f. The Incubatee shall conduct his/her work peacefully and in an ethical manner without causing nuisance/inconvenience to the other co-workers/Incubatees.

Facilities Services. 1. Maintenance and operation of county owned or occupied office and shop space will be centrally managed, including all construction and improvement projects.
2. Facilities management shall create a cost schedule for occupancy that equalizes charges (Uniform Rent Rate or URR) within each space classification in all county owned or leased buildings.
3. Facilities that have unusual or unique maintenance requirements may request to opt out of the (URR) program. Maintenance and other operating costs of those facilities shall be a direct budget responsibility of the respective organizational unit. The Facilities Division may provide maintenance support, project management or construction services to exempt facilities on a fee for service basis.
4. Facilities services may accumulate resources over multiple years to fund major maintenance projects to existing facilities. Maintenance projects costing in excess of $15,000 in labor and materials shall be scheduled, reported and approved through the capital improvement planning process. Resources reserved for major maintenance projects shall be held in a cost center separate from regular operations.
5. The cost of remodeling or renovating facilities requested by departments shall be funded by the department either through an allocation from the Capital Improvement Program or from the department’s operating budget.
a) Remodel or rennovation of space within the URR program shall pay only the direct costs of materials and services, but not for time of facilities staff.
b) Remodel or rennovation of space not in the URR program shall pay both direct costs of materials and services and time of facilities staff for construction, and project management.
6. A two year Facility operations and maintenance budget and charge schedule shall be completed by September prior to each biennium budget period for review by County Administrator and CFO before discussion with the Management Team.
