Facilities Services. CIBA shall provide to the Incubatee all such facilities as particularly described in Schedule I.
Facilities Services. All properties are fully furnished to a high standard and include a kitchen fully operational with appliances, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided, except for gifts provided to guest(s) on a case-by-case basis. Properties are equipped with entertainment centers, quality linen and towels. No items may be removed from the Property. Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted include a monthly (every thirty (30) days) housekeeping service (on reservations over four (4) weeks), heating, electricity, gas, water, broadband internet connection, and streaming services. Any extra facilities and charges are solely at NN’s discretion.

Facilities Services. The State shall provide and maintain, or in the case of leased State Facilities use best efforts to cause the landlord to provide and maintain, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, electrical connections (to the wall plate), safety and security equipment, and connections to any facility-wide uninterruptible power supply as configured on the Contract Signing Date. Additional requirements identified by Provider during the Term of the Agreement will be provided consistent with Change Management and the Standards and Procedures Manual. The State shall provide Provider with reasonable notice of proposed changes to any of the foregoing that may adversely affect Provider's hardware located at any State Facility. In the event such adverse condition, other than expiration of the State's right to occupy leased State facilities, requires that Provider relocate such hardware, the State shall reimburse Provider for its actual costs incurred directly in connection therewith. To the extent provided by the State, the State shall maintain any site-wide uninterruptible power supply that is dedicated to support any State Facility. Provider shall provide and maintain any uninterruptible power supply dedicated to Provider's hardware and shall provide and maintain all connections from the wall plate to the hardware used to provide the Services.
Facilities Services a. CIBA shall provide to the Incubatee all such facilities as particularly described in Schedule I.
b. CIBA may provide additional services on request of the Incubatee as better described below:
i. Access for business development consultancy, assistance and review of the business and financing plans and budgets on charged basis.
ii. References and access to relevant legal & accounting services
iii. References and access to reliable market research and advertising agencies
iv. Allot meeting room or conference room/ auditorium for use of the Incubatee on the required date.
c. The legal ownership and possession of the facilities, if any provided under the Agreement will remain with CIBA and the Incubatee shall have only a right to enjoy the said services and facilities during the subsistence of this Agreement.
d. All equipment and assets located in the allotted space to the Incubatee shall be maintained by the Incubatee for the entire tenure of this agreement.
e. CIBA shall not be responsible for any damage caused to Incubatee’s electronic equipment for any reason whatsoever as CIBA will be taking utmost care in safeguarding them by providing stabilizer and inverter.
f. The Incubatee shall conduct his/her work peacefully and in an ethical manner without causing nuisance/inconvenience to the other co-workers/Incubatees.

From and after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall provide facilities services (including reception services, mailroom services and similar services) to the Subtenant’s Premises; provided, however, that either party, at its election, may cause Tenant to cease providing facilities services to the Subtenant’s Premises at any time after the third (3rd) anniversary of the Commencement Date by giving not less than sixty (60) days’ prior written notice thereof to the other party. At any time that Tenant is providing facilities services to the Subtenant’s Premises, the costs thereof (including, without limitation, the Basic Rent and Operating Expenses under the Lease that are allocable to Subtenant’s proportionate share of the mail room and cafeteria located on the 4th floor of the Leased Premises, which proportionate share contains an agreed upon 1,400 rentable square feet) shall be reimbursed to Tenant through inclusion as a component of Sublease Rent, as more particularly set forth in Section 2.1 above.

Facilities Services. Facilities services (janitorial, security, etc) are to be included in the lease agreement with HongGuan.
