Extraordinary Performance Award. With the HRD’s recommendation and at the sole discretion of the President of UMCES, an award consisting of a one‐time nonrecurring bonus of at least five hundred dollars ($500.00) or an additional salary increase may be made to a bargaining unit employee, who has made what is universally understood to be an extraordinary contribution to UMCES.
