Common use of Eyeglass & Contact Lenses Expense Clause in Contracts

Eyeglass & Contact Lenses Expense. a. if bodily injury to an Insured Person requires and receives treatment by a qualified Physician or Dentist and also results in the breakage of eyeglasses or the breakage or loss of contact lens or lenses of the Insured Person, the Insurer will pay the actual cost of the repair or replacement of the eyeglasses or contact lens(es)to a maximum of $100 per Insured Person in respect of all such replacements or repairs during the policy term.
