Common use of FAA Operator Changes Clause in Contracts

FAA Operator Changes. 8.3.1 Boeing will deliver each Aircraft with the changes in equipment incorporated (or, at Boeing's sole discretion, with suitable provisions for the incorporation of such equipment) that is required by Federal Aviation Regulations which (i) are generally applicable with respect to transport category aircraft to be used in United States certified air carriage and (ii) have to be complied with on or before the date of delivery of such Aircraft (Operator Changes). 8.3.2 If Operator Changes are incorporated in an Aircraft, Buyer will pay Boeing's charge applicable to such Aircraft.
