Common use of FACILITIES MONITORING Clause in Contracts

FACILITIES MONITORING. The discharger shall inspect all facilities to ensure proper and safe operation once per quarter and report quarterly. The facilities to be monitored shall include, but not be limited to: a. Leachate collection and removal systems; b. Surface water monitoring points; c. Shallow and deep groundwater monitoring wellx; d. Perimeter diversion channels; e. Leachate wellx; 44 I, Stevxx Xxxxxxx Xxxcutive Officer, hereby certify that the foregoing Self-Monitoring Program: 1. Has been developed in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Board's Resolution No. 73-16 in order to obtain data and document compliance with waste discharge requirements established in this Board's Order No. 94-181.
