Facility Compliance Inspections. IDEQ will conduct field activities to determine the status of compliance with permit, pretreatment and sewage sludge requirements, including sampling and non-sampling inspections. The different types of compliance inspections will be conducted in accordance with EPA's most recent NPDES Compliance Inspection Manual (or Idaho equivalent), 40 CFR §123.26(d), and EPA's most recent Clean Water Act CMS (or Idaho equivalent), and all current grant agreements.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • Compliance Investigations Upon City’s request, Contractor agrees to provide to City, within sixty calendar days, a truthful and complete list of the names of all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers that Contractor has used in the past five years on any of its contracts that were undertaken within San Diego County, including the total dollar amount paid by Contractor for each subcontract or supply contract. Contractor further agrees to fully cooperate in any investigation conducted by City pursuant to City's Nondiscrimination in Contracting Ordinance. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • Compliance Review During the Term, Developer agrees to permit the GLO, HUD, and/or a designated representative of the GLO or HUD to access the Property for the purpose of performing Compliance-Monitoring Procedures. In accordance with GLO Compliance-Monitoring Procedures, the GLO or HUD will periodically monitor and audit Developer’s compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, the CDBG-DR Regulations, the CDBG Multifamily Rental Housing Guidelines, and any and all other Governmental Requirements during the Term. In conducting any compliance reviews, the GLO or HUD will rely primarily on information obtained from Developer’s records and reports, on-site monitoring, and audit reports. The GLO or HUD may also consider other relevant information gained from other sources, including litigation and citizen complaints.   • Monitoring and Inspection The Interconnected Transmission Owner may monitor construction and installation of Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer is constructing. Upon reasonable notice, authorized personnel of the Interconnected Transmission Owner may inspect any or all of such Interconnection Facilities to assess their conformity with Applicable Standards.
