Common use of Facility Equipment Clause in Contracts

Facility Equipment. 1. Through the statewide Set-Aside Funds, to maintain, or cause to be maintained, listed Facility equipment. 2. To regularly replace, improve or add to listed Facility equipment when necessary and economically prudent, in the Licensor's sole discretion. 3. Upon reasonable notice to and in consultation with the Licensee, modify or renovate the Facility from time to time as it deems necessary.
