Fire Alarm System. The Sportsplex and Arena are equipped with a Single Stage Fire Alarm System. The Xxxx Park Chalet is equipped with smoke detectors. Once you hear the fire alarm or smoke detector you must prepare for immediate evacuation directly to the outside of the building. Every person that is using the facility in the specific area that you have rented is directly under your responsibility. A coordinated and orderly evacuation is required immediately upon hearing the fire alarm or smoke detector.
Fire Alarm System. Test and Inspect 100% of all fire alarm system components each calendar year to include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Fire Alarm Control Panel
2. Smoke and Duct Detectors 3. Heat Detectors
Fire Alarm System. The base building Fire Alarm System is comprised of Strobes with audible speakers, (not horns) The fire control panels are of Siemens design and Cerberus system 3. Fire alarm devices to have white housings with red lettering. The Landlords alarm contractor must perform any connections to base building fire alarm panels ( expander panels excluded)
Fire Alarm System. The Contractor or Electrician shall furnish electrical drawings to Management Office prior to the commencement of construction. These drawings shall include Fire Alarm System (which should be a separate drawing), Riser Diagram and Sequence of Events. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating all work with Management Office. The Building’s Fire Panel contractor, Xxxxxx’x, shall make the final tie-in of all fire devices to the panel on the respective floor(s) at the Contractor’s expense. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that any devices installed be Building Standard and further, that any strobes/horns moved remain on the same circuit to ensure that the system remains in sync. In the event that the moving of horns/strobes causes the system to be out of sync, it will be the responsibility of the Contractor, as its sole expense, to correct the problem. A work permit must be obtained prior to any work on the fire alarm system from the Town of Watertown. The engineer who designed the mechanical systems shall sign and seal the riser plan and certify, in writing, the completed system to the Town of Watertown prior to the final sign off of the work permit and/or issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. Also, the electrical contractor shall complete an A433R Form which certifies the correct installation of the fire alarm devices. The signed and sealed plan and A433R Form must be given to the Xxxx Management Office to complete the fire alarm filing and sign-off.
Fire Alarm System. When Tenant’s Work interferes with the fire alarm system wiring, connections to this system must be performed by or under the direct supervision of the Building engineers or its designated representatives. The Tenant or its general contractor must contact the Project Manager prior approval to commencing such activity. If system is activated and false alarm is signaled, Tenant will be charged $1000.00 for each event.
Fire Alarm System. Landlord will provide a fire alarm system including a central command center, pull stations, voice communication systems, area and duct detectors (for applicable base building HVAC units larger than 2000 cfm equipment), sprinkler tie in, speakers and strobes at locations and quantities as required by code in core areas of the building. Fire command center will be located in main lobby and will also provide the stair pressurization smoke control panel. The tenant, at their cost, shall tie into the system on each floor for required coverage within their respective spaces.
Fire Alarm System. If the Fire Insurance Rating Organization or any Governmental Authority or any of Landlord's insurers requires or recommends any modifications and/or Alterations be made or any additional equipment be supplied in connection with the fire alarm and life-safety system serving the Building or the Premises by reason of Tenant's business, or the location of the partitions, trade fixtures, or other contents of the Premises, Landlord (to the extent outside of the Premises) or Tenant (to the extent within the Premises) shall make such modifications and/or Alterations, and supply such additional equipment, in either case at Tenant's expense.
Fire Alarm System. None, unless required by law to complete Landlord’s work contained herein.
Fire Alarm System. Provide an analog addressable fire alarm system, (Including all infrastructure required to support Tenant’s requirements for horns, strobes and pull stations) with the following characteristics: • Fire alarm system shall be a stand-alone, electrically supervised fire alarm system with smoke detectors in all common area corridors and audible/visual alarms or as required by code; • The central system shall be tied to the security station via telephone lines; • All visual alarms shall be provided per Accessibility codes and NFPA 72 spacing requirements. • Tenant shall be responsible for distributing and installing the fire sprinkler heads, vertically, both up (all concealed space) and down, in a manner consistent with all applicable Laws, at its expense including, but not limited to, all necessary labor, piping, sprinkler heads, pressure and temperature monitors, escutcheons, etc., for the satisfactory operation of a sprinkler system that reaches all areas of the Building, including entrances, alcoves/atrium, mezzanine, decks, and storage/closets. • All equipment, piping installation and testing shall be in accordance with latest applicable Codes, NFPA 13. • All controls for the fire protection system will be connected to a central panel, tied back to a NRTL listed central alarm monitoring station. • Tamper switches shall be provided an all control valves. • Flow switches shall be provided for all zoned mains. • Fire extinguishers shall be located as per NFPA 10. To be included in the Tenant Improvements. • Configurations required for any special first systems needed for technical and kitchen equipment. • Sprinkler piping shall be schedule 40 black steel pipe. • Automatic sprinklers shall be hydraulically designed for ordinary hazard or general office space, storage and loading dock areas, including the following sprinkler head configurations: • Open ceiling - Upright Sprinklers; • Concealed with white escutcheon plates centered in grid; • Wallboard ceilings - Concealed with white covers.
Fire Alarm System. The Fire Safety System shall be a micro-processor based, network oriented, addressable multiplexed stand-alone fire alarm initiating device monitoring and supervising system and life safety type voice alarm annunciation system. The system design shall comply with NFPA, American Disabilities Act and local requirements. System monitoring, communication and signals shall be over two (2) wire plenum rated, shielded twisted pair circuits.
