Open Flame. Open flames or burning anything, including candles or incense, are not permitted in or about the accommodation or anywhere in residence or on residence grounds.

Open Flame. No use of open flames is allowed except for small cake candles or candles in containers that are approved by the Town. No use of pyrotechnics or fog machines is allowed. Anyone who is in contravention to this regulation may be subject to charges under the Fire Protection and Prevention Act.

Open Flame. The use of pyrotechnics, open flames or other combustible materials within the Premises and the Campus is strictly prohibited. If open flames are required for certain programming, prior approval of the City is required and will only be allowed in designated areas suitable for this use. Additional insurance may be required, at the discretion of the City.
Open Flame. Licensee shall not use any candles or open flames within the Facility at any time. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of candles, torches, or any other items that produce an open flame. This measure is in place to prevent the risk of fire and potential damage to the Facility from melted wax or other fire-related hazards.
