Common use of Facility Images Clause in Contracts

Facility Images. Buyer shall be free to use any and all images from or of the Facility for promotional purposes. Upon Xxxxx’s request and at Buyer’s expense, Seller shall install equipment as Buyer may request, including without limitation video and or web-based imaging equipment. Buyer shall use its discretion with respect to how images from or of the Facility are presented by Xxxxx, including without limitation associating images of the Facility with Buyer’s corporate logo but not the corporate logo of Seller.

Buyer shall use its retain full discretion with respect to on how such images from or of the Facility are presented by Xxxxx, including without limitation associating images of the Facility with a Buyer’s -designated corporate logo but not the corporate logo of Sellerlogo.
