Facility Images. PacifiCorp shall be free to use any and all images from or of the Facility for promotional purposes, subject to Seller's consent (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and which consent may consider Requirements of Law relating to Premises security, obligations to outside vendors (including any confidentiality obligations), and the corporate policies of Seller's Affiliates).
