FACILITY KEY CODE. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the City of Angleton Parks & Recreation Department shall provide the ASA with a key code to all locks at the beginning of the season(s). Request for a new key code shall be made in writing to the Angleton Parks and Recreation Department. If the City determines it is necessary to change the key code, ASA will be notified, and a new key code will be distributed.

The Contractor shall check all windows and doors for proper closure and locking, extinguish all lights except master security lighting, and then reactivate the security system (if applicable) prior to leaving the facility.

  • CREDIT AND COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS The applicable credit and collateral requirements are specified on the Cover Sheet.

  • Commitment Charge; Credit (a) The Borrower shall pay a commitment charge on the unwithdrawn amount of the Loan at the rate and on the terms specified in the Loan Agreement.

  • Overdraft Protection Plan If we have approved an overdraft protection plan for your account, we will honor checks drawn on insufficient funds by transferring funds from another account under this Agreement or a loan account, as you have directed, or as required under the Credit Union’s overdraft protection policy. The fee for overdraft transfers, if any, is set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule. This Agreement governs all transfers, except those governed by agreements for loan accounts.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.
