Facility Rentals Sample Clauses

Facility Rentals. Users may rent fields, courts, the entire Facility, or any portion of the Facility, for private events, practices, or other purposes, subject to availability and the Facility's rental policies. Users may be required to complete a rental agreement and/or pay any applicable rental fees in advance. Users who rent the Facility, or any portion thereof, are responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules or requirements established by the Facility for the Rental. Users may be held liable for any damage to the Facility or its equipment caused by their guests or any violations of these Terms & Conditions or rental rules by their guests.

Facility Rentals. Abatement. In the event that the Lessee shall at any time by the provisions of the Lease become entitled to an abatement of the T5 Facility Rental, said abatement shall be computed as follows (it being understood that there shall be no abatement of T5 Facility Rental under the Lease for any portion of the Premises or for any portion of the Term except as specifically provided herein): for each square foot of interior building space in Terminal 5 the use of which is denied to the Lessee, abatement shall be calculated at the daily rate equal to the per square foot Terminal 5 Facility Rental charge then in effect.
Facility Rentals. Time of Payments. The T5 Facility Rental hereunder shall be payable by the Lessee in advance in equal monthly installments commencing on November 1, 2038 and on the first day of each and every calendar month thereafter during the balance of the Term. If the commencement date for the payment of T5 Facility Rental herein shall be other than the first day of the month, or if any installment of T5 Facility Rentals payable hereunder shall be for less than a full calendar month, then the rental payment for the portion of the month for which said payment is due shall be the monthly installment prorated on a daily basis using the actual number of days in the said month.
Facility Rentals. When a facility rental occurs and any classified employee to include the facility supervisor works the event, he/she will be compensated as identified in the general provisions of section 11. Funds will be provided from the proceeds of the rental.

  • Base Rent 3.1 Beginning on the Rent Commencement Date, Tenant shall pay, without prior notice or demand, to Landlord or Landlord’s agent at the management office of the Project, or, at Landlord’s option, at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in advance and in writing, (i) by a check for currency which, at the time of payment, is legal tender for private or public debts in the United States of America, or (ii) if so elected by Tenant, by electronic funds transfer to the account of Landlord as provided to Tenant, base rent (“Base Rent”) as set forth in Section 4 of the Summary, payable in equal monthly installments as set forth in Section 4 of the Summary in advance on or before the first day of each and every calendar month during the Lease Term, without any setoff or deduction whatsoever. The Base Rent for the first full month of the Lease Term shall be paid at the time of Tenant’s execution of this Lease. If any Rent payment date (including the Rent Commencement Date) falls on a day of the month other than the first day of such month or if any payment of Rent is for a period which is shorter than one month, the Rent for any fractional month shall accrue on a daily basis for the period from the date such payment is due to the end of such calendar month or to the end of the Lease Term at a rate per day which is equal to 1/365 of the applicable annual Rent. All other payments or adjustments required to be made under the terms of this Lease that require proration on a time basis shall be prorated on the same basis. Base Rent and Additional Rent, as defined below, shall together be denominated “Rent.” Without limiting the foregoing, Tenant’s obligation to pay Rent shall not be discharged or otherwise affected by any law or regulation now or hereafter applicable to the Premises, or any other restriction on Tenant’s use, or (except as expressly provided herein) any casualty or taking, or any failure by Landlord to perform any covenant contained herein, or any other occurrence.

  • Rent Subtenant shall pay as base rent commencing on January 1, 2008 ("Rent Commencement"). Subtenant shall pay monthly base rent as follows: January 1, 2008 – November 30, 2008: $ [***] December 1, 2008 – October 31, 2009: $ [***] Notwithstanding the foregoing, Subtenant shall also be responsible for the cost of electricity provided to the Sublease Premises. If Subtenant shall have fully complied with all of the covenants and conditions of this Sublease, the Security Deposit shall be repaid to Subtenant within thirty (30) days after the expiration or sooner termination of this Sublease. Sublandlord shall not be required to keep the Security Deposit in a separate account, but may commingle the Security Deposit with other funds of Sublandlord. Subtenant shall not be entitled to receive any interest on the Security Deposit.
