Facility Utilization Sample Clauses
The Facility Utilization clause defines how and under what conditions a party may use a particular facility or set of facilities. Typically, it outlines the permitted purposes, hours of access, and any restrictions or obligations related to the use of the space, such as maintenance responsibilities or limitations on modifications. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the scope and limitations of facility use, thereby preventing disputes and promoting efficient, agreed-upon utilization of the premises.
