Facsimile and E-mail Signatures. The parties agree that the offer, any counteroffer and/or acceptance of any offer or counteroffer pursuant to this Contract may be communicated by use of a fax or electronic e-mail for the signatures, initials and handwritten or typewritten modifications to any of the foregoing shall be deemed to be valid and binding upon the parties as if the original signatures, initials and handwritten or typewritten modifications were present on the documents in the handwriting of each party.

Facsimile and E-mail Signatures. Any signature which is delivered via facsimile or via E-mail in portable document format (“.pdf”) shall be deemed to be an original and have the same force and effect as if such facsimile or .pdf signature were the original thereof.
Facsimile and E-mail Signatures. Any signature page hereto delivered by facsimile machine or by e-mail (including in portable document format (pdf), as a joint photographic experts group (jpg) file, or otherwise) shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page, with regard to any agreement subject to the terms hereof or any amendment thereto. Any Party who delivers such a signature page agrees to later deliver an original counterpart to any Party who requests it.
Facsimile and E-mail Signatures. Any party may execute this Agreement by signing, including by electronic means, or by causing its counsel to sign on the designated signature block below and transmitting that signature page via facsimile or e-mail to counsel for the other party. Facsimile and E-mail Signatures. The Master Issuer may use for the purposes of executing any Global Master Issuer Notes or Definitive Notes, the facsimile signature or a scanned signature shown in a PDF file attached to an electronic communication of any person who at the date of this Agreement was duly authorised to sign the same on behalf of the Master Issuer, even if at the time of issue of such Global Master Issuer Note or Definitive Note, such person no longer holds (for whatever reason including death) the relevant office and any Global Master Issuer Notes or Definitive Notes so executed and authenticated will be valid and binding obligations of the Master Issuer. No Global Master Issuer Note or Definitive Note shall be valid for any purpose until it has been authenticated by the Principal Paying Agent, and, in the case of Global Master Issuer Notes held under the NSS, effectuated by the Common Safekeeper, in accordance with this Agreement and the Master Issuer Trust Deed.
Facsimile and E-mail Signatures. In order to expedite the transaction contemplated herein, telecopied or e-mailed signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement. The Contributors and the Partnership intend to be bound by the signatures on the telecopied or e-mailed document, are aware that the other party will rely on the telecopied or e‑mailed signatures, and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement based on the form of signature.
