Common use of Facsimile/Electronic Signatures Clause in Contracts

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. For all documents to be executed by the Parties pursuant hereto, except documents to be recorded or where originals are otherwise required, Escrow Holder is instructed to accept, and the Parties agree to accept, facsimile or electronic e-mail signatures of the xxxxxx if the xxxxxx or his representative has assured Escrow Holder that the original has been placed in regular mail to the Escrow Holder.
