Project Eligibility Criteria. In order for the City Commission to consider a project for a VEDA, the proposed project must meet the following eligibility criteria: A. The project must propose a project in conformance with any requirements of the zoning ordinance. B. The project was not started prior to the City Commission’s approval of the VEDA and filing of an application. C. There are no delinquent taxes on the facility or the structure. D. All projects must be in compliance with the zoning ordinance, have received the necessary approvals, or propose to come into compliance with the zoning ordinance as part of the project.

Project Eligibility Criteria. To be an Eligible Project under the Initiative: (a) the proposed Project must be in respect of a single facility; (b) the facility must, when completed, be connected to, or behind the meter of another electricity consumer connected to, the LDC’s distribution system, and be the subject of an account that is not classified as a residential account; (c) the facility, when completed, must conform to Part 3 of the “building code” as defined in the Building Code Act, 1992 (Ontario) and be intended for industrial, commercial, institutional or multi-residential occupancy, however, agricultural facilities that are not required to conform to Part 3 of the Ontario Building Code may still be eligible; (d) The proposed Project must be in relation to the construction of a new facility, a new addition to an existing facility, a major renovation that converts the building to another use, or a major renovation which results in the facility being unfit for occupation for a minimum of 30 days and in the replacement of at least two building systems; (e) the project must have a building permit for it issued on or after January 1, 2011; (f) the project must be completed by the Participant (that is, be in-service) and delivering kW and/or kWh savings on or before December 31, 2014; and (g) not be an Ineligible Project.
Project Eligibility Criteria. To be an Eligible Project under the Program, the Facility must: (a) be one of the following: (i) a new Facility; (ii) a new addition to an existing Facility; (iii) a major renovation that converts the Facility to an alternative use; or (iv) a major renovation that replaces two or more building systems and renders the Facility unfit for occupation for more than 30 days; (b) the facility must, when completed, be connected to, or behind the meter of another electricity consumer connected to, the LDC’s distribution system, and be the subject of an account that is not classified as a residential account, or if the facility is the subject of a residential account, it must also be part of a Recognized Farm Operation; (c) the facility, when completed, must conform to Part 3 of the Ontario Building Code (d) the project must have a building permit for it issued prior to January 1, 2017; (e) the project must be completed by the Participant (that is, be in-service) and delivering kW and/or kWh savings on or before December 31, 2020;
Project Eligibility Criteria. To be an Eligible Project under the HPNC Initiative: (a) the proposed Project must be in respect of a single facility; (b) the facility must, when completed, be connected, directly or indirectly to the IESO-Controlled Grid and not to a distribution system; (c) the facility, when completed, must conform to Part 3 of the “building code” as defined in the Building Code Act, 1992 (Ontario) and be intended for industrial, commercial, institutional or multi-residential occupancy; (d) The proposed Project must be in relation to the construction of a new facility, a new addition to an existing facility, a major renovation that converts the building to another use, or a major renovation which results in the facility being unfit for occupation for a minimum of 30 days and in the replacement of at least two building systems; (e) the project must have a building permit for it issued on or after January 1, 2011; (f) the project must be completed by the Participant (that is, be in-service) and delivering kW and/or kWh savings on or before December 31, 2022; and (g) not be an Ineligible Project.
Project Eligibility Criteria. To be an Eligible Project under the Initiative, a Project must: (a) be in respect of a residential new construction project that satisfies all of the following criteria: (i) the building or all buildings will be located in Ontario; (ii) the building or all buildings will be compliant with Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code; (iii) the building or all buildings will have three or fewer storeys in building height; (iv) the building or all buildings will have an area not exceeding 600 m²; (v) the building or all buildings will be used for residential occupancies (occupancy or use of a building, or a partial building, by persons for whom sleeping accommodation is provided but who are not harboured or detained there to receive medical care or treatment or who are not involuntarily detained there); provided that site assembled and factory built homes are eligible if they have a foundation and involve some site assembly; (vi) the building or all buildings do not include (A) a manufactured home with a chassis, (B) a residential building with four or more floors or (C) a residential building with a footprint larger than 600 m²; (vii) the building or all buildings require a building permit; and (viii) the building or all buildings is/are connected, or will be connected once the new construction project is installed, implemented or undertaken and completed, to the LDC’s distribution system; or (b) be in respect of an extensive renovation to existing buildings project that satisfies all of the following criteria: (i) the renovated building(s) is/are already constructed and is compliant with Section 3(a)(i), (iii), (iv) and

(f) in the case of a Generation Project, in addition to any criteria set out in this Agreement: (i) have a Gross Nameplate Capacity of less than 10MW; (ii) not be used for the sole purpose of reducing electricity demand during the five critical system-peak hours; (iii) in the case of a WER Project, demonstrate that natural gas or propane purchased from or otherwise supplied by a third party to the Participant does not exceed 10% of the Fuel Energy Input; (iv) in the case of a CCHP Project, meet the following additional criteria:

Project Eligibility Criteria. Each project should meet this minimum set of criteria: (1) Each sub-loan could be used to finance investments, refurbishment or modernization, and/or pro-quota incremental permanent working capital. (2) Each sub-loan could be used for equipment and raw materials, repair of facilities and minor construction (not to exceed 30% of its total amount). (3) Each sub-project application should be accompanied by a business plan, a balance sheet and an income statement, and cash-flow projections. (4) Sub-projects would be required to have an expected financial rate of return of at least 15 percent (FIRR). (5) Sub-projects would be required to meet current environmental guidelines. (6) A maximum of 30% of the required financing may be utilized to cover local cost and/or imports of goods of non –Italian origin to be financed only through contract with Italian suppliers. Supply contract shall be denominated in Euro.

(f) in the case of a Project, in addition to any criteria set out in this Agreement: (i) have a Gross Nameplate Capacity of less than 10MW; (ii) not be used for the sole purpose of reducing electricity demand during the five critical system-peak hours; (iii) in the case of a WER Project, demonstrate that natural gas or propane purchased from or otherwise supplied by a third party to the Participant does not exceed 10% of the Fuel Energy Input; (iv) in the case of a CCHP Project, meet the following additional criteria: A. use natural gas or propane as its sole fuel, unless otherwise approved in writing by the LDC; B. be designed and operated in a manner that the CCHP Project achieves a minimum annual Total System Efficiency of 65%; and C. not use the thermal output from the CCHP Project to generate electricity; (v) not be the subject of, or have been the subject of, a physical or financial power or capacity purchase contract relating to the generation of electricity by such proposed Project (in whole or in part), or other form of contract relating to electricity relating to such proposed Project (in whole or in part) with the IESO, the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation or the Government of Ontario or any other agency of the Government of Ontario; and (vi) not be split across multiple applications for the purpose of circumventing the 10 MW limit on Gross Nameplate Capacity. For certainty, Preliminary Engineering Studies are optional for Projects.

  • Service Eligibility Criteria 5.3.4.1 High capacity EELs must comply with the following service eligibility requirements. <<customer_short_name>> must certify for each high-capacity EEL that all of the following service eligibility criteria are met: 5.3.4.1.1 <<customer_short_name>> has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served; 5.3.4.2 For each combined circuit, including each DS1 circuit, each DS1 EEL, and each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL: 5.3.4.2.1 1) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be assigned a local number prior to the provision of service over that circuit; 5.3.4.2.2 2) Each DS1-equivalent circuit on a DS3 EEL must have its own local number assignment so that each DS3 must have at least twenty-eight (28) local voice numbers assigned to it; 5.3.4.2.3 3) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will have 911 or E911 capability prior to provision of service over that circuit; 5.3.4.2.4 4) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will terminate in a collocation arrangement that meets the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 51.318(c); 5.3.4.2.4 5) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by an interconnection trunk over which <<customer_short_name>> will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; 5.3.4.2.5 6) For each twenty-four (24) DS1 EELs or other facilities having equivalent capacity, <<customer_short_name>> will have at least one (1) active DS1 local service interconnection trunk over which <<customer_short_name>> will transmit the calling party’s number in connection with calls exchanged over the trunk; and 5.3.4.2.6 7) Each circuit to be provided to each End User will be served by a switch capable of switching local voice traffic. 5.3.4.3 BellSouth may, on an annual basis, audit <<customer_short_name>>’s records in order to verify compliance with the qualifying service eligibility criteria. The audit shall be conducted by a third party independent auditor, and the audit must be performed in accordance with the standards established by the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). To the extent the independent auditor’s report concludes that <<customer_short_name>> failed to comply with the service eligibility criteria, <<customer_short_name>> must true-up any difference in payments, convert all noncompliant circuits to the appropriate service, and make the correct payments on a going-forward basis. In the event the auditor’s report concludes that <<customer_short_name>> did not comply overall in any material respect with the service eligibility criteria, <<customer_short_name>> shall reimburse BellSouth for the cost of the independent auditor. To the extent the auditor’s report concludes that <<customer_short_name>> did comply in all material respects with the service eligibility criteria, BellSouth will reimburse <<customer_short_name>> for its reasonable and demonstrable costs associated with the audit. <<customer_short_name>> will maintain appropriate documentation to support its certifications. 5.3.4.4 In the event <<customer_short_name>> converts special access services to UNEs, <<customer_short_name>> shall be subject to the termination liability provisions in the applicable special access tariffs, if any.

  • Eligibility Criteria Students seeking college credit through this bilateral articulation agreement must meet the following criteria/requirements: • The student must have completed the secondary Tech Prep competencies (academic and technical) relevant to the Central Ohio Technical College courses, with a grade of A, B, or C. • An application and subsequent matriculation to Engineering Technology at Central Ohio Technical College must occur within 3 years of the Adult Education completion date. • The student must meet all college entrance, general admission and program specific requirements and complete the Accuplacer or ACT assessment. • The student is responsible to inform college admissions personnel of his/her eligibility for articulated college credit and verify that appropriate documentation has been provided to the college by the secondary school. • Secondary instructors are required to have the appropriate teaching credential as defined by the Ohio Department of Education. • For the purpose of compliance with state, program or regional accreditation standards, Central Ohio Technical College reserves the right to review, validate and copy the credentials (e.g., college transcripts and resumes) of the instructors of articulated courses for external auditing purposes. • The secondary instructor(s) will complete an Instructor Recommendation Form for each student upon completion which will be maintained in the student’s secondary permanent file. An Instructor Recommendation Form must be submitted to the Records and Registration Office prior to receiving credit. • The college and secondary school will develop methods of publicizing the agreement to encourage students to take advantage of seamless transitions and advanced placement opportunities. • There will be no charge for college credit awarded through this agreement. • Student eligibility for technical or related credit is primarily determined by high school teachers evaluation based upon predetermined criteria set by the college. In certain cases, record of relevant student external certification, college proficiency testing, review of portfolios, or other forms of assessment may also be required. • Placement in Central Ohio Technical College’s courses is determined by the student’s scores on the college’s required placement test(s). Credit is available only for the technical courses specified on the attached list of articulated courses. • Articulated courses are recorded on the student’s permanent records after a student enrolls in and completes a non-articulated college credit course at Central Ohio Technical College. The administrators and faculty of the program at both levels pledge their commitment and support to continuing this relationship and to promoting these articulation opportunities to the students.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Criteria (1) Annual Evaluation Criteria. All performance evaluations shall be based upon assigned duties, and shall carefully consider the nature of the assignment in terms, where applicable, of: a. Teaching effectiveness, including effectiveness in presenting knowledge, information, and ideas by means or methods such as lecture, discussion, assignment and recitation, demonstration, laboratory exercise, practical experience, supervision of interns, theses, professional projects and/or dissertations, and direct consultation with students. The evaluation shall include consideration of effectiveness in imparting knowledge and skills, and effectiveness in stimulating students' critical thinking and/or creative abilities, the development or revision of curriculum and course structure, and adherence to accepted standards of professional behavior in meeting responsibilities to students. The evaluator may take into account class notes, syllabi, student exams and assignments, and any other materials relevant to the employee's teaching assignment. The teaching evaluation must take into account any relevant materials submitted by the employee, including the results of peer evaluations of teaching, and may not be based solely on student evaluations when this additional information has been made available to the evaluator. b. Contribution to the discovery of new knowledge, development of new educational techniques, and other forms of creative activity. Evidence of research and other creative activity shall include, but not be limited to, published books; articles and papers in professional journals; musical compositions, paintings, sculpture; works of performing art; papers presented at meetings of professional societies; funded grant activities; and research and creative accomplishments that have not yet resulted in publication, display, or performance. The evaluation shall include consideration of the employee's productivity, including the quality and quantity of the employee's research and other creative programs and contributions during the year, as well as recognition by the academic or professional community of what has been done. c. Public service that extends professional or discipline-related contributions to the community, the State, public schools, and/or the national and international community. This public service includes contributions to scholarly and professional organizations, governmental boards, agencies, and commissions that are beneficial to such groups and individuals. d. Participation in the governance processes of the University through significant service on committees, councils, and senates, beyond that associated with the expected responsibility to participate in the governance of the University through participation in regular departmental or college meetings. e. Other assigned University duties, such as attending University events, advising, counseling, and academic administration, or as described in a Position Description, if any, of the position held by the employee. Other assigned duties may include entrepreneurial activities that contribute to the further development of the University with an end result of creating a new venture. Evidence of entrepreneurial contributions shall include, but not be limited to, creation of self- supporting centers or institutes, development of multi- disciplinary research partnerships, and applications of research to implementations in society. To provide guidelines for the establishment, maintenance and use of employee evaluation files within the employee’s respective academic unit.

  • General Criteria (a) If general criteria are required as part of the Application, only one (1) set shall be completed. General criteria measure the quality of the Land Manager’s overall OHV program. The Applicants shall answer these questions with respect to the entirety of the OHV operation, including all trails and areas available for OHV Recreation, not just specific Projects or Project Areas. (b) General criteria include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) OHV Opportunity and services provided, (2) Agency contribution to the overall cost of managing and delivering the OHV Opportunity, (3) Management of natural and Cultural Resources, (4) Effective education of rules/regulations, and (5) Past performance in completing and administering Xxxxx funded Projects. (c) Non-land manager Applicants required to complete the general criteria shall cooperate with the Land Manager(s) to obtain the information necessary to complete the general criteria section of the Application.   • Student Eligibility The LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION shall qualify and advise candidates for dual credit from the pool of eligible high school students. A candidate for dual credit is eligible for consideration for fall, spring, and summer semesters if he or she: a. is enrolled during the fall and spring in a LEA in one-half or more of the minimum course requirements approved by PED for public school students under its jurisdiction or by being in physical attendance at a bureau of Indian education-funded high school at least three documented contact hours per day pursuant to 25 CFR 39.211(c); b. obtains permission from the LEA representative (in consultation with the student’s individualized education program team, as needed), the student’s parent or guardian if the student is under 18 years old, and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representative prior to enrolling in a dual credit course; and c. meets POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION requirements to enroll as a dual credit student.

  • Evaluation Criteria 5.2.1. The responses will be evaluated based on the following: (edit evaluation criteria below as appropriate for your project)

  • Eligibility Changes Employees who become eligible for a full Employer Contribution must make their benefit elections within thirty (30) calendar days of becoming eligible. If employees do not choose a health plan administrator and a primary care clinic and do not waive coverage within this thirty (30) day timeframe, they will be enrolled in a Benefit Level Two clinic (or Level One, if available) that meets established access standards in the health plan with the largest number of Benefit Level One and Two clinics in the county of the employee’s residence at the beginning of the insurance year. If employees who become eligible for a partial Employer Contribution choose to enroll in insurance, they must do so within thirty (30) days of becoming eligible or during open enrollment. An employee may change their health or dental plan if the employee changes to a new permanent work or residence location and the employee's current plan is no longer available. If the employee has family coverage and if the new residence location is outside of the current plan’s service area, the employee shall be permitted to switch to a new plan administrator and new Benefit Level within thirty (30) days of the residence location change. The election change must be due to and correspond with the change in status. An employee who receives notification of a work location change between the end of an open enrollment period and the beginning of the next insurance year, may change their health or dental plan within thirty (30) days of the date of the relocation under the same provisions accorded during the last open enrollment period. An employee or retiree may also change health or dental plans in any other situation in which the Employer is required by the applicable federal or state law to allow a plan change.

  • Acceptance Criteria The Services and Deliverables must meet the following acceptance criteria or the JBE may reject the applicable Services or Deliverables. The JBE may use the attached Acceptance and Signoff Form to notify Contractor of the acceptance or rejection of the Services and Deliverables. Contractor will not be paid for any rejected Services or Deliverables.

Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code, except as exempted under that Chapter, HHSC cannot contract with an abortion provider or an affiliate of an abortion provider. Contractor certifies that it is not ineligible to contract with HHSC under the terms of Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code.
