Participant Eligibility Criteria. The following criteria shall govern eligibility for Program participation.

Participant Eligibility Criteria. To be an eligible Participant under the Program, a Person must: be a customer with one or more commercial or institutional Facilities located in Ontario; commit to achieve at least five percent (5%) Electricity Savings per Facility by the end of the second Pay-for-Performance Period; have the required rights and authority to have the Eligible Measures installed at a Facility; not be Insolvent. Facility Eligibility Criteria To be an eligible Facility, the proposed Facility must: have access to hourly interval meter data from a revenue-grade meter; have a minimum of 12 months of consecutive hourly interval data accompanied by the overlapping 24 months of monthly utility data ending no earlier than 5 months prior to the date the Facility Application Form is submitted; have consumed a minimum of 1,500,000 kWh per annum during each of the two preceding years; have a Baseline Energy Model meeting the minimum standards stated in Schedule “E” – M&V Procedures Version 3.0; be connected to a Distribution System in Ontario; not be used for any industrial or manufacturing business activities and building energy consumption must be driven primarily by building operation system loads (such as lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, and plug loads) rather than process loads to support manufacturing operations such as machining, product forming, or food processing; and meet any other eligibility programs as outlined in Schedule “E” – M&V Procedures. An eligible Facility may be comprised of an aggregate of multiple buildings that constitute a single “Facility” in a Facility Application Form provided that: a maximum of five (5) buildings may be aggregated for a single Facility Application Form; all buildings are of a similar use and type (e.g. office, grocery, retail) and have a similar load profile; aggregated buildings must each be served by General Service 50-5000 kW electricity accounts; no single building consumed more than 1,500,000 kWh annually during each of the preceding two years; and the Baseline Energy Model employs weather data from a single Environment Canada weather station or if the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is used as the source of the weather data, a single building included in the model is used as the weather location. High School students who seek to register in a dual credit course, which will grant college credit must prove “college readiness” by achieving a college level score as outlined in Appendix A.

  • Incentive Eligibility Conditions The IPTVO shall be entitled to avail of the Incentives, within the Territory, with effect from the date of execution of this Addendum, subject to the IPTVO meeting each of the following conditions (“Incentive Eligibility Conditions”):

For employees hired on or after August 1, 2003: If the spouse of an employee is covered by any PEBTF health care plan, and he/she is eligible for coverage under another employer’s plan(s), the spouse shall be required to enroll in each such plan, which shall be the spouse’s primary coverage, as a condition of the spouse’s eligibility for coverage by the PEBTF plan(s), without regard to whether the spouse’s plan requires cost sharing or to whether the spouse’s employer offers an incentive to the spouse not to enroll.

  • Client Eligibility Client eligibility and service referral are the responsibility of DDA under chapter 388- 823 WAC (Eligibility) and chapter 388-825 WAC (Service Rules). Only persons referred by DDA shall be eligible for direct Client services under this Program Agreement. It is DDA’s responsibility to determine and authorize the appropriate direct service(s) type. Direct Client services provided without authorization are not reimbursable under this Program Agreement.

  • Member Eligibility Verify Member eligibility contemporaneous with the rendering of services. BCBS will provide systems and/or methods for verification of eligibility and benefit coverage for Members. This is furnished as a service and not as a guarantee of payment;
