Facsimile/PDF Signatures. In order to expedite the execution of this Amendment, telecopied or PDF signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Amendment. Partners intend to be bound by the signatures on the telecopied or PDF document, are aware that the other party will rely on such signatures, and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Amendment based on the form of signature.
Facsimile/PDF Signatures. This First Amendment may be executed by facsimile and/or .pdf signatures which shall be binding as originals on the parties hereto.
Facsimile/PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or PDF and, upon such delivery, the facsimile or PDF will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other party. The failure to deliver the original signature copy and/or the nonreceipt of the original signature copy shall have no effect upon the binding and enforceable nature of this Agreement.
Facsimile/PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile or by email in portable document format (pdf or similar format) and upon delivery of the signature by such method will be deemed to have the same effect as if the original signature had been delivered to the other parties.

Facsimile/PDF Signatures. The parties hereto agree that transmission to the other party of this Agreement with its facsimile or PDF signatures shall bind the party transmitting this Agreement by facsimile or PDF in the same manner as if such party's original signature had been delivered.
