Faculty Advancement. (a) Faculty, Education Advisors and Directors will be eligible for placement on the next higher increment (up to maximum on their pay scale) as of the first day of the month following the earning of twelve (12) months of seniority as defined in Article 15.1 (Calculation of Seniority).
