Full-Time Faculty. A faculty member who performs a full load as defined herein for an Academic Year and is contracted on an annual basis in a tenure-track, tenured or temporary faculty position as described in Article 11.
Full-Time Faculty. Full-time academic employees under annual contract are entitled to two (2) non-accumulative personal leave days per instructional year commencing the first day of their contract. Full-time academic employees who are working under contracts that are less than one academic year in duration are entitled to one (1) personal leave day per quarter up to a maximum of two (2) personal leave days per academic year.
Full-Time Faculty. RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS. The professional duties defined in this Article identify the responsibilities and expectations for Full-time Faculty. Faculty shall provide professional services within their individual areas of competency, including teaching or support duties according to their individual workload assignments detailed elsewhere in this Agreement. Full-Time Faculty. It is the goal of the District to provide compensation near to the 35th placement of those provided by all California community colleges. In FY 2006/07 a longevity increment was established. Beginning July 1, 2006 the salary schedule in Appendix A was amended. Steps 20-22 were added to the Schedule. Each Step is a year interval of earned STRS and District service; there is no unit or co-curricular requirement for Steps 20-22 and there is no salary increment for Steps 20-21. Full-Time Faculty a. Human resources, with input from the departmental faculty as available and the Vice President of Instruction, shall prepare a position announcement. If the department faculty is not available, a faculty member from the division will have an opportunity to provide input. Any subsequent significant changes made to the position announcement will be determined by the appropriate administrator with input from departmental faculty. The AHE President will be notified of pending position announcement.
Full-Time Faculty. Each tenured faculty member will participate in a comprehensive performance evaluation at least once every two (2) instructional years. This performance evaluation is not the same as the promotion process as delineated in Article 14. More frequent evaluations may occur, at the discretion of the supervising administrator.

Beginning fall quarter 2017, each academic employee shall have the option of carrying forward all or part of the unspent $600 from the first year of the biennium for use in the second year of the biennium. Options not declared by the end of winter quarter in the second year of the biennium shall result in release of the funds for the use of other academic employeesprofessional development.
