Expenditure incurred. COMPANY will reimburse EMPLOYEE all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with this Contract, upon presentation of appropriate documentation. The date of reimburse EMPLOYEE shall be the 20th of each month.
Expenditure incurred. AGM will reimburse Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxx all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement, upon presentation of appropriate documentation;
Expenditure incurred. ANTICUS will reimburse Xxxxxxx all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement, upon presentation of appropriate documentation;
Expenditure incurred on Production bonuses shall not be recoverable as Cost Recovery Oil or Cost Recovery Gas.

Expenditure incurred with the organisation of Monitoring Committees
1. Expenditure incurred with the organisation of the sectoral monitoring committees and any sub-committees designated by the sectoral monitoring committee is eligible under the technical assistance priority.
2. Eligible costs may, as a general rule, include one or more of the following categories: interpretation services, ad-hoc hiring of meeting rooms and audio-visual and other necessary equipment, provision of documentation and related facilities, fees for the participation of experts and travel expenditure in accordance with EC rules1. The Head of the Operating Structure shall define the modalities applicable in agreement with the Commission services.
3. Salaries and allowances of the sectoral monitoring committee and sub-committees members, incurred in the context of their participation in such committees, are not eligible.
Expenditure incurred. AOXIN TIANLI will reimburse Mx. Xxxx Xxxx Law all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement, upon presentation of appropriate documentation.
Expenditure incurred. SHANGRI-LA will reimburse Xxxxxxx Xxx all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with this Contract, upon presentation of appropriate documentation;
Expenditure incurred. SHANGRI-LA will reimburse Hong Yu all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with this Contract, upon presentation of appropriate documentation;
