Common use of Failure to Accept Training Clause in Contracts

Failure to Accept Training. Where an affected employee elects not to avail of the training provided for under Clause 45:04, the Employer agrees that where possible the effect on the employee of change contemplated by Clause 45.04 will be minimized by transfer or reassignment within the employ of the Employer.
