Common use of Failure to Appoint Chairman Clause in Contracts

Failure to Appoint Chairman. If the two (2) arbitrators appointed as herein provided shall fail to agree upon the appointment of a Chairman of the Board within the time limits hereinbefore specified, then either of the said two (2) arbitrators may request the Minister of Labour of Manitoba to select such Chairman.
