Failure to Commence Operations. If you fail to commence operation of the Licensed Store within 1 80 days after the execution of this Agreement, we will also have the right to terminate this Agreement effective upon delivery of notice of termination to you. No refund of the initial franchise fee will be made in these circumstances.
