Failure to Occupy. This agreement is terminated if You fail to occupy the Unit by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes each semester, unless You provide notification of late move-in to the Director of Housing Administration and agree to be responsible for paying the rates for Your Unit from the move-in date to the day before Your actual move-in day. Associated fees and charges for termination will apply (see section 9).
