Grant of Tenancy. 4.1.1 Simultaneous with the execution of this Agreement or as soon as reasonably practicable upon the execution of this Agreement, the Government shall enter into a Tenancy Agreement with the IMC and grant a tenancy of the School Premises (including standard built-in fixtures) to the IMC. 4.1.2 The IMC shall be responsible for any deposits required for electricity, water, gas or other utilities with the School’s own funds.

Grant of Tenancy. 1. The Landlord agrees to let the Property to the Tenant for the Term at the Rent and on the terms set out in this Agreement. 2. The tenancy will be an assured shorthold tenancy under the Housing Xxx 0000 (as amended). The Tenant is notified that the Landlord will be entitled to recover possession of the Property when the Term ends (see clause 6).
Grant of Tenancy. 1.1. The Landlord lets the Premises to the Tenant for the Term. 1.2. This Agreement is intended to create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy under Part I of Chapter II of the Housing Act 1988 (as amended) and the provisions for the recovery of possession of the Premises set out in section 21 of that Act will apply. 1.3.
