Grant of Tenancy. 4.1.1 Simultaneous with the execution of this Agreement or as soon as reasonably practicable upon the execution of this Agreement, the Government shall enter into a Tenancy Agreement with the IMC and grant a tenancy of the School Premises (including standard built-in fixtures) to the IMC.
4.1.2 The IMC shall be responsible for any deposits required for electricity, water, gas or other utilities with the School’s own funds.
Grant of Tenancy. 1. The Landlord agrees to let the Property to the Tenant for the Term at the Rent and on the terms set out in this Agreement.
2. The tenancy will be an assured shorthold tenancy under the Housing Xxx 0000 (as amended). The Tenant is notified that the Landlord will be entitled to recover possession of the Property when the Term ends (see clause 6).
Grant of Tenancy. 1.1. The Landlord lets the Premises to the Tenant for the Term.
1.2. This Agreement is intended to create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy under Part I of Chapter II of the Housing Act 1988 (as amended) and the provisions for the recovery of possession of the Premises set out in section 21 of that Act will apply.
1.3. All named tenants and any permitted occupier(s) confirm that they have the right to rent in line with The Immigration Xxx 0000, without this right at the commencement of the tenancy, the contract is considered null and void.
Grant of Tenancy. 2.1 We will let the Room (including the Fixtures and Fittings) to You for the Term at the Rent.
2.2 We will grant You the right to use the kitchen, laundry and other communal facilities and Communal Areas at the Property, together with all other tenants.
Grant of Tenancy. 2.1.1 The Landlord agrees to let and the Tenant agrees to take on let the Demised Premises described in Section 2 of Schedule A hereto together with the Fixtures and Fittings (if any) set out in Schedule B hereto for the Term set out in Section 3 of Schedule A hereto commencing from the Commencement Date set out in Section 4(a) of Schedule A hereto and expiring on the date set out in Section 4(b) at the Rent set out in Section 5(a) of Schedule A hereto payable in advance at the time set out in Section 5(b) of Schedule A hereto.
Grant of Tenancy. 3.1 The Landlord agrees to grant and the Tenant agrees to accept a tenancy of the Accommodation, together with the Rights, for the Tenancy Period on the terms and conditions set out in this Tenancy Agreement. The tenancy reserves the Rent to the Landlord, as well as the access rights in these terms and conditions.
3.2 Where this document or a copy of it has been made available to a person who, without having signed it, subsequently takes occupation of the Accommodation, that person shall be deemed to have taken a tenancy of the Accommodation by the act of moving in, and that tenancy shall be on the terms and conditions set out in this Tenancy Agreement.

4.1.2 The SMC shall be responsible for any deposits required for electricity, water, gas or other utilities with the School’s own funds.
Grant of Tenancy. 2.1 Subject to clause 2.3 below the Landlord agrees to let the Property to the Tenant for the Term at the Rent and on the terms set out in this Agreement and the Tenant agrees to take the tenancy.
2.2 The tenancy will be an assured shorthold tenancy under the Housing Xxx 0000 (as amended). The Tenant is notified that the Landlo d will be entitled to recover possession of the Property when the Term ends (see clause 6).
2.3 The Landlord may refuse to give possession of the Property to the Tenant (or if there is more than one Tenant any one of them) until the Landlord is satisfied that the enant has the right to rent in the UK and is not a disqualified person for the purposes of the Immigration Xxx 0000
Grant of Tenancy. In consideration of the Rent and the Tenant's covenants hereinafter reserved and contained, the Landlord let and the Tenant takes the Demised Premises.
Grant of Tenancy. (c) The landlord shall provide bi-weekly
2.1 The Landlord hereby grants and the Tenant accepts the Rights for the Term of Residence on the conditions set out in this Agreement.
2.2 This Agreement is intended to be an Assured Shorthold Tenancy under the Housing Xxx 0000 (as amended by the Housing Act 1996). When the Term expires the Landlord shall recover possession of the Property.
