No Cost Termination. Resident may cancel his/her Housing Agreement without cancellation charges upon submission of supporting documentation evidencing one of the following occurrences during the Term:

Post-Termination After the Employee has terminated their employment with the Employer, the Employee shall be bound to Section XII of this Agreement for a period of ☐ Months ☐ Years (“Confidentiality Term”). If the Confidentiality Term is beyond any limit set by local, State, or Federal laws, then the Confidentiality Term shall be the maximum allowed legal time-frame.
Contract Termination debarment. A breach of the contract clauses in 29 CFR 5.5 may be grounds for termination of the contract, and for debarment as a contractor and a subcontractor as provided in 29 CFR 5.12.
On Termination (a) An employee who voluntarily terminates his employment will be provided his final pay on the next regular payday.
