Common use of FAILURE TO PROVIDE COMPLETE CERTIFICATION AND/OR RECERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

FAILURE TO PROVIDE COMPLETE CERTIFICATION AND/OR RECERTIFICATION. If the employee fails to provide a completed certification and/or recertification, the employee shall be given at least fifteen (15) calendar days to perfect the certification and/or recertification. Failure to perfect an incomplete certification and/or recertification within the requested time period may result in delay of the leave or discontinuance of the leave until the required certification and/or recertification is provided. If the employee fails to provide a complete certification and/or recertification, the leave is not FML and will be denied.
