Failure to Respond to Letter of Concern or Corrective Action Plan Notice. Failure of the Provider to respond to a Letter of Concern within three (3) business days of receipt may result in the temporary suspension of additional placements by the Department. Failure of the Provider to submit a Corrective Action Plan within ten (10) business days following the date of the written deficiency notice may result in continued suspension of placements and/or removal of children currently in placement.
