Common use of Failure to Submit to Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Failure to Submit to Arbitration. If the grievance is not referred to arbitration within the same thirty (30) day period the grievance will be conclusively deemed to have been finally abandoned.

Failure to Submit to Arbitration. If the grievance is not referred to arbitration within the same thirty said fourteen (3014) calendar day period period, the grievance will be conclusively and finally deemed to have been finally abandoned.
