Common use of Fair Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Fair Accommodation. Tenant shall take all action to ensure that its accommodations and services are furnished on a fair and reasonable basis, without bias or unjust discrimination, to all users. Tenant shall charge fair and reasonable prices, without bias or unjust discrimination, for each unit or service; provided that Tenant may be allowed to make reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts, rebates or other similar type of price reductions to volume purchasers. Tenant shall, upon written demand of Landlord, furnish Landlord with a schedule of all prices for each unit or service to be charged to the general public.
