Consultant Services 4.1 The Consultant agrees to perform the following services and undertake the following responsibilities and duties to the Company to be provided by the Consultant to the Company as consulting services (the "Consulting Services"):
Goods, Works and Non-Consultant Services All goods, works and Non-Consultant Services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.
Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.
Outpatient Services The following services are covered only at the Primary Care Provider’s office[selected by a [Member], or elsewhere [upon prior written Referral by a [Member]'s Primary Care Provider ]:
Inpatient Services Hospital This plan covers services provided while inpatient in a general or specialty hospital including, but not limited to the following: • anesthesia; • diagnostic tests and lab services; • dialysis; • drugs; • intensive care/coronary care; • nursing care; • physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies; • physician’s services while hospitalized; • radiation therapy; • surgery related services; and • room and board. Notify us if you are admitted from the emergency room to a hospital that is not in our network. Our Customer Service Department can assist you with any questions you may have about your coverage. Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital. Coverage is limited to the number of days shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
Transplant Services Expenses for the following are excluded:
Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

Subcontractors of Contractor These terms shall also apply to Subcontractors of County Contractors.
Professional or Consulting Contract If this Contract is an employment contract, a professional services contract under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, or a consulting services contract under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor represents and warrants that neither Contractor nor any of Contractor’s employees including, but not limited to, those authorized to provide services under the contract, were former employees of an HHS Agency during the twelve
