Qualified Consultant definition

Qualified Consultant. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(e) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller) to this Agreement.

Qualified Consultant means professional visual artists, educators, scholars, historians, col- lectors, and environmental designers and planners, whose authorities and skills are known and respected in the community and, whenever feasible, who have demonstrated an interest in, and have participated in, the arts of the City.
